I did find a hotel eventually – or rather Emma found one for me. Basically there were no hotel rooms available in Luxembourg. Remind me not to to go there again without early booking if Putin plans to be there at the same time.

I am in Luxembourg for a three-day stay. We will have an EU project review on Thursday. A slight problem is that I do not have a hotel room for Wednesday night. Should be interesting!
