The HUMlab blog is coming along well but there are still some glitches and I would expect to have them fixed in about a week. When I find a bit of extra energy I will also write a mission statement (or whatever).
I have blogged earlier about Jaron Lanier’s suggestion of using cockroaches and their DNA as a kind of time capsule for storing New York Times issues for a full year. Here is an excellent source of information on this rather weird suggestion/project (NYT article with audio interview).
